The company is a specialist renewable energy business working across homes and workplaces, designing and installing high-efficiency air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, solar panels, battery storage and underfloor heating systems. Based in Silverstone, they help customers move away from traditional heating and towards lower-carbon, more efficient energy systems.
With strong growth planned for next year, they are now looking for a Project Coordinator who wants to become a key part of that journey. This role will sit at the centre of day-to-day project delivery, helping to organise engineers and specialist trades, support customers, manage suppliers and keep projects moving from enquiry through to completion.
As the business continues to expand, there will be real scope to progress into Project Management, Pre-Construction or a wider operational role.
The Role
Working closely with the Directors, you'll coordinate projects involving air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and renewable heating systems. You'll work with a wide range of professional trades and contractors, including roofers, electricians, heating engineers and installation teams, ensuring projects are planned, organised and delivered efficiently. This is a busy, varied position that suits someone who loves organising people.
