The Company
A growing faades and external-envelope contractor is seeking a Site Manager to support the delivery of live projects across cladding, SFS, roofing, fire-remediation and wider external-envelope packages. The role is split between office and site, working closely with the Project and Site Management teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.
The business delivers high-performance faade solutions for commercial, residential and public-sector schemes across the UK. The wider group is established, successful and expanding, with the faades division already achieving strong turnover and long-term growth.
This role suits someone with strong faades/external-envelope experience who is ready to step into site management. You do not need extensive Site Manager experience the team can mould and train the right person. A clean driving licence is essential, and candidates should live within roughly one hour of Milton Keynes. xsabvtc
Salary £40,000£50,000 + package, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with daily site operations

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries and site logistics

Carry out site inspections, snagging and progress checks

Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance with site procedures

Assist with RAMS, permits, daily records and site documentation

Monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications
