Company Information: A specialist manufacturer and subcontractor supplying secure, high-performance door and access systems for government and public-sector projects. The company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke door solutions used in high-security environments and works closely with main contractors on multi-site installation programmes. This is a stable, growing business offering long-term career development and full training.
Role Overview: The Projects Co-Ordinator supports the Projects Manager and wider team to ensure smooth delivery of customer projects. The role focuses on excellent customer service, accurate project administration and effective coordination between internal departments, suppliers and clients. You will ensure all contractual responsibilities are met and that project information flows correctly through the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review information from the sales team and assist the Projects CAD Design Team with manufacturing drawings and production schedules
- Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring customers receive updates in line with contract requirements
- Ensure all project information (drawings, emails, documents) is accurately recorded and stored
