A growing regional contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to support its expanding Eastern Region operations. The business has seen sustained growth, supported by a strong pipeline of commercial, mixed-use, residential, hospitality and complex refurbishment schemes ranging from £10m to £50m. The company is part of a wider group approaching £200m turnover, with a stable leadership structure and a clear long-term growth strategy. This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on Senior Site Manager who wants to progress into Project Management within a business that actively promotes from within.
As Senior Site Manager, you will take operational responsibility for major refurbishment and structural reconfiguration schemes across the Eastern and Central corridor, covering locations such as Oxford, Birmingham and Cambridge. You will oversee day-to-day site delivery, manage subcontractors, ensure programme performance, uphold safety and quality standards, and act as a key operational influence within the project team. The role sits within a region currently delivering around £30m of work annually, with a clear plan to grow to £50m.
