About the Company:

A specialist contractor delivering SFS, cladding, steelwork, curtain walling, windows and wider façade packages. Projects range from £200k to £3m across commercial, industrial, mixed-use and refurbishment schemes.

The Role:

You will support the pre-construction team by preparing accurate tenders across a range of envelope and structural packages. Working closely with the Senior Estimator and wider team, you will help ensure bids are commercially competitive and technically compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates for SFS, cladding, steelwork, curtain walling, windows and façade packages
  • Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
  • Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Produce BOQs, take-offs and cost breakdowns
