A growing multi-disciplinary contractor with a strong reputation in commercial offices, industrial projects, refurbishment, FM and M&E services is looking for a hands-on Health and Safety Manager. The business is expanding rapidly, supported by long-term clients, a healthy pipeline and a well-structured senior team. The role suits someone who enjoys being out on site, working closely with project teams and taking ownership of health, safety and environmental performance across a varied portfolio.

The Health and Safety Manager will lead and develop HSE standards across construction, M&E, small works and refurbishment schemes. The position is based in Milton Keynes with regular travel to live sites, supporting directors, project managers, engineers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Health and Safety Policy in line with HSWA 1974, CDM 2015, EaWR 1989, PUWER, LOLER, COSHH and Working at Height Regulations
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and client safety requirements
