Building Services Project Manager (M&E)
Salary: Circa £75,000, depending on experience
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Package: Two annual bonuses, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and additional company benefits
An established employee-owned main contractor is looking for a Building Services Project Manager to manage its mechanical and electrical services from tender and design coordination through to commissioning, handover and aftercare. The business has been operating for more than 50 years and delivers projects across the pharmaceutical, commercial, automotive and healthcare sectors throughout Oxfordshire.

The role
·Manage and coordinate all aspects of the M&E design from tender through to completion.
·Manage mechanical, electrical and specialist subcontractors, staying closely involved in day-to-day site delivery.
·Set and maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, compliance and communication.
·Organise and attend programme meetings to protect the build programme and resolve issues early.
·Make sure all building services meet Building Control requirements and are ready for handover.
·Liaise regularly with the client's consultants throughout construction and commissioning. xsabvtc
