They are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their preconstruction team, working on new build, refurbishment, alteration and fit-out projects up to £20m across education, healthcare, community, industrial, leisure, retail and commercial sectors.
The Role:
- You will prepare cost plans, tenders and estimates, taking the lead on pricing projects and working closely with design, commercial and operational teams.
- The role would suit an experienced Estimator looking for a stable position with a respected contractor and a steady pipeline of work.
- Working hours are 8.30am - 5pm with one hour for lunch.
Responsibilities:
