The business specialises in commercial and industrial roofing refurbishment projects across a range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector developments.

The Role

Reporting to the senior management team, the Contracts Manager will oversee the successful delivery of multiple commercial roofing refurbishment schemes, managing client relationships, site teams, subcontractors and project performance throughout the construction lifecycle.
