Contracts Manager (roofing) Ourclient are a specialist roofing and construction principal contractor operating nationwide. Operating across various sectors including Education, Healthcare and Commercial, my client work alongside councils, housing associations, schools and retailers. They are currently have an opportunity for aContracts Manager to run their schemes across London and the South of England. Projects will be located from London down to the South Coast and will cover a variety of flat roofing refurbishment schemes. The majorityofthe works willlikely be on Education projects; however, the Contracts Manager will also be overseeing healthcare and commercial schemes. They are looking for someone with numerous years experience on the tools with a sound knowledge ofBituminous Flat Roofing.
