The company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke door solutions for high-security environments and works closely with main contractors on multi-site installation programmes.
This position supports the organisation of daily installation activities, ensuring schedules, documentation and customer communication are managed efficiently. It is a key role within a busy operational team and suits someone highly organised with strong communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain the installation whiteboard with accurate installation, planned and completion dates
- Arrange installation dates with installation teams and customers
- Co-ordinate on site programmes and ensure all information is current
- Organise site surveys with customers and the surveying team
- Complete delivery booking forms for production
- Produce basic risk assessments and method statements
- Manage security clearances and training records
