This position sits within a well-established main contractor operating across a wide range of project types including commercial buildings, education facilities, healthcare environments, heritage schemes, leisure facilities, community buildings, residential developments, refurbishment works, fit-outs and new-build construction. The business delivers projects up to £40m.

The successful candidate will join a strong pre-construction and work-winning team based in Hertfordshire, working closely with experienced Estimators, Planners and technical staff in a collaborative and supportive environment. Hybrid working can be discussed.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in bid management or work winning
  • Strong main contracting background
  • Experience working on projects such as commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, residential, refurbishment, fit-out or new-build schemes
  • Confident managing the full bid process from initial enquiry through to submission
  • Personable, organised and comfortable working within a busy pre-construction environment
