Key Responsibilities Contract Support * Assist contract supervisors and operational managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. * Monitor project progress and ensure that any issues are reported to the appropriate supervisor or manager. * Support in managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they adhere to project requirements and timelines. Project Coordination * Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and documentation for contracts. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Attend site meetings, take notes, and assist in managing action points arising from the meetings.
