Job Purpose – Junior Contracts Manager The Junior Contracts Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of contracts across responsive repair schemes (social housing). This role involves supporting contract supervisors and operational managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Contract Support * Assist contract supervisors and operational managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. * Monitor project progress and ensure that any issues are reported to the appropriate supervisor or manager. * Support in managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they adhere to project requirements and timelines. Project Coordination * Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and documentation for contracts. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Attend site meetings, take notes, and assist in managing action points arising from the meetings. Compliance and Quality Assurance * Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company standards. * Assist in quality checks to verify that work meets required standards and specifications.
