About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a dynamic and growing construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects within education, healthcare, and heritage sectors, primarily focused on refurbishment works. Projects typically range from £1m to £5m, and the team delivers a high volume of tenders each year, ensuring a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for refurbishment projects across core sectors.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce detailed pricing.
Source and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.
Maintain market knowledge and contribute to value engineering initiatives.
