Salary: £85,000£95,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London division.

The company is known for delivering high-quality, complex projects and offers excellent long-term career prospects.

The Role You will take the lead on commercial management across a range of London-based projects, ensuring financial targets are achieved and commercial processes are followed to Tier 1 standards.

You will prepare detailed cost plans, valuations, forecasts and commercial reports, manage procurement and subcontractor packages, and oversee change control.

You will also play a key role in 2-stage tenders and early-stage project development, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.

What Were Looking For We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Tier 1 main contractor experience and a strong background in 2-stage procurement.

Experience across education, leisure, healthcare or life science projects is highly desirable.

You will be confident managing commercial functions independently, with strong communication, negotiation and client-facing skills.

An HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is required.
