They are recruiting an experienced Roofing Estimator with experience in costing and estimating roof repairs, roof leak investigation, maintenance and full refurbishment projects.

Role Overview
This is a key position within the commercial team, responsible for managing the estimating process from initial enquiry through to submission, supporting both existing clients and new business opportunities.
The Estimator will:
- Manage the end to end estimating process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Review enquiries, drawings and specifications to define scope, risks and opportunities.
- Carry out site surveys to inform methodology, scope and pricing.
- Prepare detailed and commercially sound estimates including labour, materials and subcontractor packages.
- Develop clear scopes of work, specifications and proposal documents.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to improve competitiveness while maintaining quality.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical input.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing on more complex or integrated projects.
- Support tender submissions, negotiations and handover to delivery teams.
- Track pipeline activity, win rates and performance to support commercial reporting.
