You will lead commercial management on a range of high-profile projects across education, leisure, healthcare and life sciences, ensuring financial targets and Tier 1 standards are met.
You will prepare detailed cost plans, valuations, forecasts and reports; manage procurement and subcontractor packages; oversee change control and participate in 2-stage tenders and early-stage.
