Senior Estimator (Progression to Estimating Manager)A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Estimator who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone who wants to join a respected and successful main contractor with a clear pathway to becoming an Estimating Manager in the near future, due to an upcoming retirement within the team.
About the RoleThis position sits within a well‐established main contractor operating across the commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure and residential sectors, delivering projects up to £40m. The successful candidate will join a strong pre‐construction team based in Hertfordshire, working closely with 7 experienced Estimators in a collaborative and supportive environment. Hybrid working can be discussed with the line manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator — or a highly capable Estimator ready to step up — who is looking for long‐term progression and the chance to take ownership within a busy and reputable contractor.
