About the Role
This position sits within a well-established main contractor operating across the commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure and residential sectors, delivering projects up to £40m. The successful candidate will join a strong pre-construction team based in Hertfordshire, working closely with 7 experienced Estimators in a collaborative and supportive environment. Hybrid working can be discussed with the line manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator — or a highly capable Estimator ready to step up — who is looking for long-term progression and the chance to take ownership within a busy and reputable contractor.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ estimating experience
- Strong main contracting background
- Experience across sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure or residential
- Someone personable, team-focused and confident working within a busy estimating department
- A motivated individual who wants to progress into a leadership role
