Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a long established, cash rich, award-winning Main Contractor who undertake new build and refurbishment projects
The company work across most sectors including education, health, student accommodation, residential, hotels, industrial and retail – work is predominantly new build

The role Quantity Surveyor
You will be running a scheme in Milton Keynes, working alongside a Project Manager and Site Manager, with a visiting Commercial Manager.
Site and office based.
The scheme is a £7m refurbishment scheme – converting an existing factory / office into a health care facility.
The scheme is set to run for 1 year and starts on site in September
Geographically, the company mainly operates within Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire,
You will be joining the Northampton region.
Working hours 8.15-5pm (office), and 7.30-4.30, (site)
The right person
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor
You will have commercial / general contracting experience.
You will ideally have refurbishment experience.
You will be qualified to HNC level in construction or above.
You will have strong IT skills.
