Pre Tender Planner Main Contractor Hertfordshire New Build 1m 5m | Salary 50,000 70,000 + Car/Allowance An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre Tender Planner to join a well established, privately owned main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
This role suits someone looking to further their planning career within a stable, supportive business delivering a mix of new build and refurbishment projects.
The company works across commercial buildings, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, community facilities, residential, fit outs and specialist refurbishments.
Typical schemes range from 1m 5m, with the wider business capable of delivering projects up to 10m.
You ll be joining the Pre Construction and Estimating team, working alongside two other Planners and supporting Estimators throughout the tender process.
There is clear room for progression as the team continues to grow.
