Role Overview
The Senior M&E Project Manager will lead projects from initial survey through to completion, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design and delivery of mechanical and electrical projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget
- Produce and maintain project programmes, schedules, resource plans and procurement requirements
- Provide senior leadership to project teams, supporting supervisors, engineers and subcontractors
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, technical standards and legal regulations
- Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance and forecast costs to achieve target margins
- Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants and internal teams, ensuring project scope and expectations are met
- Monitor project progress, adjust resources and priorities as required and ensure all work meets quality, technical and compliance standards
- Prepare and deliver senior level progress, commercial and financial reports
