Repairs Coordinator / Customer Care Coordinator . The role requires someone with
residential experience in a similar customer care or repairs position , confident managing defects, remedial works and patching programmes across occupied properties. A strong personality and confident telephone manner are essential. KeyResponsibilities Manage customer care and repairs defects from initial instruction through to completion Schedule patchers and operatives across multiple sites and occupied properties Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, quantity surveyors and homeowners Coordinate appointments and maintain regular communication with residents Prepare quotations for remedial and chargeable works Process variation orders and monitor approval status Track labour, materials and commercial costs Maintain and update internal Excel trackers and reporting systems Produce weekly and monthly performance reports Monitor workloads and ensure resources are allocated effectively Order materials and coordinate collections Manage customer care documentation, photographs and site records Assist with resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly Support management with operational and commercial administration SkillsandExperienceRequired Residential customer care or repairs experience in a similar role Strong personality with confident telephone manner Confident using Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Comfortable dealing with site staff, contractors, residents and internal teams Keywords:
