A well-established regional electrical contractor in Northampton is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee a strong pipeline of commercial and general contracting projects. Role Overview
You will manage electrical projects from initial survey through to completion, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery. Projects are commercial and general contracting focused - no residential work. Applications are welcome from candidates with backgrounds in electrical contracting, M&E, or client-side estates/facilities. A Gold ECS Card is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate electrical projects from planning to handover.
- Attend site meetings, carry out surveys, and assess project requirements.
- Manage engineers, subcontractors, materials, and scheduling.
- Oversee budgets, variations, and client communication.
- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
