About the Company:
A specialist contractor delivering SFS, cladding, steelwork, curtain walling, windows and wider faade packages. Projects range from £200k to £3m across commercial, industrial, mixed-use and refurbishment schemes.
Working closely with the Senior Estimator and wider team, you will help ensure bids are commercially competitive and technically compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for SFS, cladding, steelwork, curtain walling, windows and faade packages
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Assist with handover to project delivery teams
- Able to work independently from home while remaining part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience in faade, cladding, SFS, steel, windows or curtain walling
- Exposure to commercial, industrial or mixed-use schemes
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with estimating software or digital take-off tools
