Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability. You will develop and implement sales plans, build and maintain strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve growth goals in construction and M&E.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • New Business Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and projects aligned with company expertise.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and competitive proposals, bids, and tenders for construction and M&E projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:
