A well-established, down-to-earth Cost and Project Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Milton Keynes team. They’re also open to a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step.

The Role

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take a key position in developing and leading the cost management function in Milton Keynes, working closely with a Director and a supportive, tight-knit QS team. You’ll be involved in a wide range of projects across sectors such as industrial, logistics, residential, healthcare, commercial and more, offering plenty of variety and responsibility.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified or holding a RICS-accredited degree
  • Experience operating at Senior or Associate QS level
  • Background in industrial, healthcare, or residential projects is advantageous
  • Strong pre- and post-contract experience
  • Confident working both independently and within a small team
  • Able to travel to the Milton Keynes office
