The Trainee Project Manager will support the delivery of schemes ranging from £10k to £2m, working across civil engineering and M&E projects. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers and internal teams including Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering multiple projects across the UK (London to Derby and beyond)
- Support site coordination, documentation, and progress reporting
- Attend site visits to monitor works and ensure compliance
- Contribute to procurement, cost control, and commercial processes
- Help maintain project schedules, risk registers, and quality standards
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Uphold safety and compliance across all project activities
- Build capability to progress into a full Project Manager position
