A specialist manufacturer and subcontractor supplying secure, high-performance door and access systems for government and public-sector projects requires an Installation Co-ordinator. The company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke door solutions for high-security environments and works closely with main contractors on multi-site installation programmes. This position supports the organisation of daily installation activities, ensuring schedules, documentation and customer communication are managed efficiently. It is a key role within a busy operational team and suits someone highly organised with strong communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain the installation whiteboard with accurate installation, planned and completion dates
- Arrange installation dates with installation teams and customers
- Co-ordinate on site programmes and ensure all information is current
- Organise site surveys with customers and the surveying team
- Complete delivery booking forms for production
- Produce basic risk assessments and method statements
- Manage security clearances and training records
- Liaise with internal teams including Production, Contracts and Projects
Requirements
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience using bespoke IT systems such as Sage or similar
- Confident verbal communication skills, both on the phone and face to face
- Ability to complete required security clearances including BPSS, DBS and SC
Training Provided

- EFACS MRP system training
- Additional training reviewed every six months
