The business is recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Contracts Manager and Estimator to support ongoing growth. This hybrid position combines surveying, estimating, client management and project delivery. The Contracts Manager and Estimator manages roofing works and wider building façade maintenance and repair projects. The role oversees enquiries through to completion, ensuring strong customer service, commercial performance, quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include:- Conducting roof surveys, inspections and condition assessments
- Preparing quotations, estimates and scopes of work
- Managing client relationships and providing technical advice
- Leading project planning and mobilisation activities
- Managing subcontractors and delivery teams
- Monitoring project performance, quality, programme and costs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
- Producing survey reports, progress updates and completion documentation
- Identifying opportunities for additional works and long-term maintenance solutions
