The Role * Take ownership of multiple hotel refresh and fit-out projects (average value £400k–£500k) * Manage variations, subcontractor accounts, and cost control * Lead pre-start meetings and liaise directly with clients * Deliver projects on time and within budget * Office-based 4 days per week, with 1 day on site The Right Person * HNC or above in Construction * 4 years’ QS experience on fast-paced fit-out schemes * Strong client-facing and commercial skills * Ability to manage multiple work streams confidently Ready to take ownership and make an impact?
