This role suits someone with solid construction customer care experience, strong administration skills and confidence managing defects, remedial works and patching programmes across multiple sites and occupied properties. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer care defects from initial instruction through to completion
- Schedule patchers and operatives across multiple sites and occupied properties
- Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, quantity surveyors and homeowners
- Coordinate appointments and maintain regular communication with residents
- Prepare quotations for remedial and chargeable works
- Process variation orders and monitor approval status
- Track labour, materials and commercial costs
- Maintain and update internal Excel trackers and reporting systems
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Monitor workloads and ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Order materials and coordinate collections
- Manage customer care documentation, photographs and site records
- Assist with resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Support management with operational and commercial administration
