Job Description Quantity Surveyor - Milton Keynes
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a chartered consultancy in Milton Keynes, providing Quantity Surveying support services to some of the UK's leading construction companies.
They work largely on the contractor side, delivering refurbishment and infrastructure works across real estate, MOD, MOJ and wider public sector estates. Projects include social housing, central government buildings, commercial offices, defence estates and prison refurbishment. The business has recently merged with a major international consultancy, giving access to global expertise and a large worldwide office network, strengthening capability and long-term growth.
The consultancy operates from modern, open-plan offices with a professional team of more than 50 Quantity Surveyors, creating a collaborative and energetic working environment. Benefits

9.00-6.00 The Role - Quantity Surveyor
The consultancy has opportunities to work on social housing refurbishment schemes and design and build refurbishment projects. The role is office-based in Buckingham with regular site visits. The Quantity Surveyor will work within a large, experienced commercial team and support a range of clients on live schemes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include cost management, valuations, variations, reporting, procurement support and general commercial duties across refurbishment projects. n High-level security clearance will be required for some projects and will be arranged for the successful candidate during onboarding.
