Key Responsibilities- Lead the commercial department including QS, cost management and procurement
- Oversee commercial strategy across all live and upcoming developments
- Provide accurate forecasting, cost planning and financial reporting to the board
- Support land viability assessments and early stage development appraisals
- Manage commercial risk, contractual matters and supply chain performance
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams
- Ensure commercial governance, compliance and best practice
- Drive value engineering and cost efficiency across the business
