The team operates as a main contractor's commercial function, providing full Quantity Surveying services to major contractors across the UK. \n The work covers government refurbishment and building fabric projects, including MOJ, MOD, government offices, defence estates and wider public-sector buildings. Typical project values range from £500,000 to £5 million, with some schemes reaching £20 million. \n The division is part of a financially secure international consultancy with long-term contractor relationships. The Chesterfield office has around 50 staff, including 40 Quantity Surveyors, offering a well-supported commercial environment and clear opportunities to progress.
