This role offers long-term stability, strong progression opportunities and the chance to take ownership of either multiple smaller projects or one multi-million-pound scheme, depending on experience. \n The company delivers projects across healthcare, MOD, commercial and education sectors, covering both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging from £100k to £12m. They are known for integrity, consistent margins, a low-risk approach to work and extremely fast subcontractor payments within 7 to 14 days. \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Package procurement \n Processing subcontractor monthly valuations and applications \n Project cost control and commercial reporting \n Issuing monthly valuations to the client / PQS \n Administering variations on the client side \n Managing subcontractor accounts through to final account \n Supporting commercial decision-making across multiple live schemes \n Working closely with project teams to maintain cost, quality and programme control \n \n Ideal Candidate \n \n Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment \n Strong understanding of procurement, valuations, variations and cost control \n Able to manage multiple smaller projects or one larger scheme \n Confident communicating with clients, PQS teams and subcontractors \n Looking for progression and long-term development within a stable business \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
