Estimator Opportunity – Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

The Role: Estimator

As an Estimator, you will join a pre‑construction team of nine, working on projects ranging from £250k to £20m. You will lead the tender process, from meetings and adjudications to subcontractor liaison and value engineering proposals. Experience with two‑stage tenders is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
  • Review drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
  • Attend tender meetings and contribute to value engineering proposals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions
