The Role: Estimator
As an Estimator, you will join a pre‑construction team of nine, working on projects ranging from £250k to £20m. You will lead the tender process, from meetings and adjudications to subcontractor liaison and value engineering proposals. Experience with two‑stage tenders is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
