Typical project values range from £500,000 to £5m, with some schemes reaching £20m. The division is part of a financially secure consultancy with long term client relationships.
The Chesterfield office has around 50 staff, including 40 Quantity Surveyors, creating a professional, contractor-focused commercial environment with strong support and progression.
