Role Summary
The Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account. - Cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain
- Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and final accounts
- Commercial reporting and cost and value reconciliation
- Risk management and change control
- Close liaison with site teams, consultants and clients
- Supporting junior members of the commercial team where required

- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction discipline
