An established and highly successful roofing contractor with over 45 years of industry experience is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to join its growing team based in Corby. The business specialises in commercial and industrial roofing refurbishment projects across the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Public sectors. Reporting to the senior management team, the Contracts Manager will oversee the successful delivery of multiple commercial roofing refurbishment schemes, managing client relationships, site teams, subcontractors and overall project performance throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities will include managing multiple roofing refurbishment projects simultaneously, programming and coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. The role will involve managing site teams, maintaining high standards of workmanship, conducting regular site visits and progress meetings, and liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
The successful candidate will also monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance, support procurement and subcontractor management activities, manage project programmes, address potential delays, ensure health and safety compliance across all sites, produce progress reports for management review meetings and build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business opportunities.
