Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation teams, site managers and on‑site operations across multiple projects.
- Coordinate installation works, ensuring quality, safety and compliance.
- Programme works, plan labour and manage installation schedules.
- Arrange and sign off installations, ensuring correct delivery.
- Ensure RAMS are completed and followed.
- Act as the main contact for the principal contractor on site.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and project compliance.
- Support reporting and progress tracking on projects up to £2m.
- Work across multi‑site construction and installation programmes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Contracts Manager with subcontractor or main contractor background.
- Strong installation management and site management experience.
- Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts.
- Confident managing multiple sites.
- Able to work independently across home, office and site environments.
