About the Project
Join a major £250M construction management scheme delivering the internal fit-out of an industrial scheme. The site is a high-spec, quality-driven environment led by an engineering firm.
Scope of Works
You’ll oversee packages including:
- Flooring & resin
- Dry lining & ceilings
- Fire-resistant steel doors
- Roller shutters & fire curtains
- Decoration & fire stopping (critical focus)
Who We’re Looking For
A quality-focused Project Manager who thrives in complex, industrial environments. You’ll be hands-on, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in from day one.
Must-haves:
- Strong in programme management, weekly reporting, sign-offs, and fault inspections
- Experience managing trades listed above
- Subcontractor or main contractor background
- Background in data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrial fit-outs
- Comfortable working with Tier 1 contractors and demanding clients
- Familiar with construction management schemes
- Able to self-deliver simpler packages (dry lining, ceilings, steel doors)
Qualifications:
- SMSTS and First Aid required
- NEBOSH preferred but not essential
