The business delivers new build and refurbishment projects up to £15 million and is known for its family-owned stability, long-standing client relationships and a supportive environment that encourages progression and long-term career development.
This position is managing the construction of an £8.5 million steel frame industrial new build in Luton, commencing August 2026 and completing in 2027.
The contractor is seeking a Site Manager with strong steel frame and new build experience who can take ownership of a complex structure from groundworks through to final finishes.
Key Requirements Minimum 7 years site management experience.
Proven experience delivering steel frame new build schemes.
SMSTS and First Aid qualified.
