With the estimating department expanding, they are now recruiting a Senior Estimator to lead the team and help develop structure as the business continues to grow.
The Role:
The company is recruiting an experienced Senior Estimator to manage a team of three Estimators. This role suits someone confident leading people, improving processes and helping shape a growing department. The focus is on accuracy, consistency and developing a streamlined estimating function that supports long-term business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of three Estimators
- Oversee all estimating activity across specialist security products and installation services
- Work closely with Sales, Project Management and Production teams
- Support senior management with planning and departmental development
Experienced Estimator with a strong background in construction. All construction sectors considered including subcontracting, contracting, manufacturing, roofing, M and E, flooring.
Proficient with estimation software such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift and confident using Excel. Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is beneficial.
Supportive family-run culture with long-term progression. Work on unique and high-profile projects across security and healthcare sectors.
