The Opportunity
An established construction contractor is looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to manage repairs, defects and remedial works across residential developments in and around Milton Keynes.
This opportunity would suit somebody with previous experience as a Customer Care Coordinator, Repairs Coordinator, Defects Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Care Administrator or Repairs Administrator within construction, housebuilding, housing, residential property, maintenance or a similar environment. xgikmsk
You will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing customer care issues, scheduling operatives and ensuring defects are resolved efficiently whilst maintaining excellent communication with residents, site teams and subcontractors.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage customer care issues, repairs and defects from initial report through to completion
- Schedule patchers, operatives and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Coordinate appointments with residents and homeowners
- Liaise with site managers, quantity surveyors and contractors
- Prepare quotations for remedial and chargeable works
- Process variations and monitor approvals
- Track labour, materials and associated costs
- Maintain Excel trackers and internal reporting systems
- Produce weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor workloads and allocate resources effectively
- Order materials and arrange deliveries and collections
