Butlin's is seeking energetic Team Members to safeguard guests in the pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld. You will support poolside activities and help create memorable experiences during guests’ stays. Training, including NPLQ, is provided, and successful candidates will pass a swim test as part of the onboarding process.
You will work across teams, enjoying variety and daily interactions with guests and colleagues, while maintaining a high level of attentiveness and customer care.
