‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for Team Members who genuinely enjoy doing just that! This is a varied role where you’ll work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, helping to deliver a fantastic guest experience throughout their stay at Butlin’s.

To begin with, you’ll be involved in our core leisure activities such as archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you develop in the role, you’ll progress into larger-scale activities and sports-based areas, including football academy sessions, high ropes, and more.

Alongside this, you’ll support our accommodation team, helping to prepare and clean rooms ready for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be spent delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.

No two days are the same, and you’ll gain hands-on experience across some of our most guest-facing areas, working with different teams and meeting a wide range of guests. Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends.

We’re looking for energetic, positive individuals who are ready to interact with guests and bring activities to life. You’ll enjoy getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences. You don’t need to have a sports coaching background, although it would be beneficial. What matters most is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.

You’ll be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety in your role, and is excited by the opportunity to grow - starting with smaller activities and progressing into larger sports and adventure-based roles. If you’re fun-loving, adaptable, and eager to develop new skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Did you know Billy Butlin was the first person to introduce dodgems to the UK? That‘s right, ‘fun‘ is in our DNA, and we‘ve been delighting guests for almost 90 years. Ask any of our team, past and present, and one of the best things they‘ll say about working at Butlin‘s is our culture.

As The Home of Entertainment, we pull out all the stops to provide our guests with an ‘Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break‘, from all-action family holidays to adult-only Big Weekenders, brought to life through our three mighty values. So, if you‘re looking for a role where you can Create Smiles, where you aren‘t afraid to Get Stuck In and where the team genuinely Care For Each Other, we think you‘ll fit right in!
