Position Overview
We are partnering with a mission-driven global education organization seeking a Vice President of Global Sales & Growth to lead international revenue, enrollment, and strategic market expansion across multiple regions. This role owns the development and execution of global sales and growth initiatives and plays a central role in shaping the organization’s global expansion priorities.
The position blends strategic leadership with operational oversight and serves as a connector between regional execution and enterprise-level growth objectives. The role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between market opportunity, investment focus, and scalable execution.
Key Responsibilities Global Sales & Growth Strategy
- Define and execute global sales and growth strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize international markets and partnership opportunities.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable growth initiatives and revenue strategies.
Partnership Development & Market Positioning
- Lead the development of high-impact international partnerships that advance enrollment, revenue, and brand presence.
- Guide regional partnership strategies to ensure consistency in positioning and execution.
- Represent the organization externally in strategic discussions and partnership engagements.
Leadership & Organizational Enablement
- Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed sales and growth organization.
- Implement standardized processes, training programs, and performance expectations.
- Build leadership capacity within the team to support sustained global growth.
Pipeline, Performance & Insights
- Own global pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking.
- Provide actionable insights on market performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Recommend course corrections and growth levers based on data and market dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations leaders to align sales and growth initiatives.
- Support consistent messaging and execution across markets.
- Continuously refine tools, processes, and training to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Candidate Profile Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent executive experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in global sales or business development within the education sector, including online learning, education services, or education technology.
- Experience operating in complex, international organizations with distributed teams.
- Strong strategic orientation with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building scalable teams, processes, and performance management frameworks.
- Advanced CRM, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-cultural leadership capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
