This senior leadership role is responsible for driving sustainable student enrollment growth through integrated marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies within a global, multi-market education organization. The position owns growth outcomes across acquisition, conversion, and market expansion, translating strategic priorities into measurable results. The role works closely with cross-functional leaders to define market positioning, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and scale growth across regions and programs. A core focus is enabling market-facing teams with clear messaging, consistent engagement frameworks, and effective tools to support growth initiatives worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Growth Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a global growth strategy aligned with revenue and expansion objectives. Advise senior leadership on market dynamics, growth opportunities, and risk considerations. Establish growth targets, forecasts, and performance indicators; monitor results and drive course correction. Identify, pilot, and scale high-impact growth initiatives across channels, regions, and offerings. Ensure growth practices are sustainable, ethical, and compliant.
- Marketing & Market Positioning: Lead brand positioning and messaging across digital and field-based channels. Oversee digital marketing, web platforms, paid media, communications, and events. Ensure marketing investments are performance-driven and tied directly to growth outcomes.
- Market-Facing Enablement & Execution: Lead acquisition and conversion strategy across markets. Design and continuously refine the customer journey from initial engagement through onboarding. Establish standards, content, and training for market-facing presentations and consultative engagement. Train and enable business development teams to deliver consistent, high-quality market-facing interactions. Participate selectively in key market engagements to model best practices and reinforce standards.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics to drive continuous improvement. Leverage data and insights to inform prioritization and strategic decisions. Partner with customer-facing and delivery teams to support long-term retention and success.
- Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global growth organization. Drive alignment and accountability across distributed and matrixed teams. Establish operating rhythms, expectations, and performance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
- Senior leadership experience in growth, marketing, customer acquisition, or revenue-driving roles.
- Demonstrated success driving growth across multiple international markets.
- Proven ability to lead globally distributed teams and influence across functions and cultures.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Experience operating in complex, multi-market or platform-based environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed for team enablement and market engagement.
