We\’re looking for a skilled Multi-Trader with strong Windows, Doors and Glazing experience to join our maintenance team. You\’ll work across occupied and void homes for housing associations across the South, handling everything from simple window repairs and door overhauls through to full replacements and picking up general maintenance tasks along the way.

This isn\’t a role for someone who just wants to turn up and tick a list. We\’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems on site, and take genuine pride in doing a job properly.

What you\’ll be doing

• Carrying out repairs, replacements, and installations to windows, doors, and glazing systems
• Completing associated multi-trade works such as sealing, making good, minor carpentry, and finishing
• Working across reactive, planned, and void maintenance projects
• Using BigChange to receive and close jobs, record materials, and upload photos
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied homes

Who we\’re looking for

• Solid trade background with proven experience in working with Windows and Doors
• Confident carrying out wider multi-trade works (basic carpentry, plaster patching, sealing, etc.)
• Good understanding of housing maintenance environments
• Reliable, self-motivated, and tidy in your work
• Full UK driving licence required
